Has anyone had any problems with trying to reach out to someone from this company spent 1300 and haven’t received a shipping confirmation or anything stating my necklaces are coming how would I go about solving this problem?

Email them they normally respond right back and I also call they where very nice and professional. I did have no problems I had a return.
