I own a Rolex “Red” Submariner 1680. The original bracelet’s clasp broke. My question is: can I send Rolex Dallas the watch and bracelet, have them polish the bracelet, replace the clasp (original part) and put the bracelet back on the watch?

Thanks. I both called and texted them with this question. They wouldn’t commit to performing the service I requested, saying they had to “evaluate” the watch & parts once they received it. I’ve heard stories about them refusing to perform requests like mine and making customers purchase high- dollar items like a new bracelet.
