Called 2 days ago for a repair appt, was told would receive call back never did, no mention that appts are not required. Walked in today & received worst attitude when we shared the issue with the woman on the 4th floor. No apology. Just rude.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at Cartier with Saralee. I had a badly damaged ring in a wreck and she was able to get it worked on and restored to absolute brand new. It was amazing. 10/10 would recommend Cartier.
