Is it possible to upsize, 2 sizes, a gold plated amethyst ring?

Most likely it is possible. This very much depends on what the base metal is – most alloys we can get to hold a weld and so long as that’s true, yes, it can be sized. Where the sizing is done, the gold plating will be removed as we are adding metal to it to size it up. We can replate it in gold post sizing if you’d like.
