The oval cabochon sapphire within a pierced oval surround with twisted ribbon finials, millegrain-set throughout with single and rose-cut diamonds and accented with a row of calibré-cut synthetic sapphires, single-cut diamonds approximately 4.00 carats total, width 7.0cm
