The body is a fluted cabochon cut urn shaped London blue topaz. 11 Diamonds total approx. .12 Ct. The 10 round shaped and 5 marquise shaped sapphires total approx. 4.5 Ct. The sapphires are yellow, violet blue, green and purplish red. Stamped 750 and hallmarked with a W enclosed in a circle.
