A wonderful 19c Italian Micro Mosaic double picture frame having an unusually large micro Mosaic cover of swallows and flowers intricately designed in brilliant colors. The cover hinges open to reveal the double picture frame that is set with interesting period portraits. The easel back brass framework measures 9 1/2″ total height. The micro Mosaic measures 6″ by 4″. Excellent condition. Year: 19th Century
