An Antique Diamond Brooch, Faberge, circa 1900 designed as a sprig bearing marquise-cut diamond foliage and old mine-cut diamond berries, from a slender diamond stem, altogether the diamonds weighing approximately 5.20 carats, in silver-topped 14 karat gold, with Cyrillic initials for workmaster August Wilhelm Holmstrom and partial Faberge Imperial warrant mark
