La Lumiere New York’s founder was born and raised in Nebraska, inspired by her time behind a camera in New York City, and has put down roots in Austin, TX. Jessica’s design style and love of jewelry comes from her grandmother, whom she admired and adored. Pulling design elements from classic pieces she inherited, she enjoys creating bespoke jewelry for new audiences. She now draws inspiration from the amazing women who share their stories with her. What started as a passion project to fulfill her need for a well-made and affordable keepsake mom bracelet, has evolved into a beloved worldwide brand. La Lumiere is French for “the light,” and Jessica and Ryan invite you to “chase the light” in all that you do.
