Hi there!! I am curious if you guys are able to pierce with a hoop? I want to get my conch re-pierced but I would like to be pierced with a hoop and not a stud due to having an issue with studs before

Thanks so much for your inquiry. We do not offer hoops for initial piercings as they work against healing. Are you able to come in for a consultation? I don’t charge anything for a consultation of this kind. I would like an opportunity to inspect your ear in person and talk through the details of your previous failed conch piercing.
