I just got hired here. I’m kind of concerned. What racist and homophobic behavior are you talking about?

I worked here for a day, didn’t have intentions to do another shift because the owner was a overly paranoid of a new employee. Just one example was when I tried to talk to the guy and even extended thanks for hiring me, he didn’t even acknowledge me, ignored my hand shake, looked right through me from his chair and proceeded to yell at the register about money stolen from him, even though the register was even from the day.

You won’t find racism or homophobia, just paranoia and delusion.

If you can’t trust a new hire, then why did you hire them.
