What is your cost per piece for appraising jewelry?

Hello, Thanks for getting in touch with me. Written appraisal fees are priced upon complexity. The average written appraisal fee is $195.00 per item. The lowest fee is $125.00 per item for simple items and can rise to $500.00 and more per item for complex items, like Rolex watches that contain 2,000 diamonds. All appraisals are by appointment only and you get to sit with me in my gem lab and watch your item being appraised, and then take it home with you when the appraisal is over.
