John Wind was born in Israel, studied at the Slade School of Fine Art in London, and then returned to Philadelphia, where he is a fixture in the fashion, craft and art communities.
He is the founder of John Wind Jewelry, internationally known for its ‘Modern Vintage’ jewelry and gifts. His work has been featured in Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Oprah, New York Times, and more.
