Why did nobody show up for my appointment? I took a half day and they never showed. No call no email. This is a joke

An installer is supposed to be at my house tomorrow between 7 and 1 however I have not received a confirmation or phone call to finish the w/d installation. The store doesn’t open until 11 am so who am I suppose to contact? These out of country schedulers are a joke. And don’t understand what you are saying!
