A few reviews on here say they charge black clients more and tattoo artists don’t like to do colour tattoos on black people. Do those claims hold any truth?

Absolutely not, zero truth to those reviews. I’ve seen plenty of PoC getting tattooed here and the price you pay depends on the complexity of the tattoo.
