His works include abstract and neorealism paintings. Lopez began jewelry making in 2010, choosing silver and natural stones as his media and palette. He graduated from the Jewelry Department at Austin Community College. Lopez was named Emerging Texas Artist at the 2013 Texas State Arts & Crafts Fair in Kerrville,Texas.
