Our Houston Warehouse Studio focuses on providing a creative and affordable space for small businesses, innovators, and creators. The nearly 100 year old building in the historic Near Northside neighborhood features an open space of 1,320 sqft and has beautiful exposed brick, a large wooden sliding barn door, concrete floors, a black wall and a 22 x 13 ft flat white wall. There is a bathroom on-site, lots of furniture, and plenty of wall outlets for all of your lights and equipment.
