PIERCING REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS (UNDER 18)
Please contact the shop to find out the minimum age for the piercing you would like to get.

Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian and both of you must bring ID.
Please read this very carefully as these documents are important and are required.

We require the following documents to perform any piercing on a person under 18 years old:

Two forms of ID for the minor

1. Photo ID
Government-issued ID, Driver’s License, Washington State ID, Passport, or Permit.
This ID must have a photo.

2. Original birth certificate.
This is required and there are no exceptions.
The birth certificate must be original.
No photos on your phone, photocopies, or hospital copies.
A birth certificate must have the registered seal.

Identification for the parent/guardian:

Bring your current driver’s license, government-issued ID, or passport.
