An antique emerald, ruby, enamel and diamond necklace, 1840s. Designed as a snake, the body composed of articulated links applied with green and white enamel, the head set with cushion-shaped and rose diamonds and a pear-shaped cabochon emerald, the eyes set with cabochon rubies.
