The wide choker composed of five large openwork plaques in yellow gold with intertwined band motifs, each plaque suspending an articulated silver pendant set with a pear-shaped emerald with a rose-cut diamond-set cap, further set with 10 rose-cut diamonds mounted in silver, the plaques connected by anchor chains set with baroque and bouton pearls. #ArtNouveau #choker
